Hey Shaw Residents! Looking for some ways to celebrate your love of Shaw? We have 3 ideas for you!
1) Who wants to volunteer at the festival of FUN on South Grand on Saturday, September 20th? Best part – they are making buttons that say “ask me about my neighborhood” so we can praise Shaw while serving food or picking up trash or whatever you choose. 2) Volunteers are needed to help paint branded crosswalks in our neighborhood on the following dates and locations:
6:30 pm to 9:30 pm, Thursday, Aug. 21, Tower Grove Ave. and Magnolia
6:30 pm to 9:30 pm, Tuesday, Aug. 26, Arsenal and Morgan Ford
6:30 pm to 9:30 pm, Wednesday, Aug. 27, Arsenal and Morgan Ford
6:30 pm to 9:30 pm, Tuesday, Sept 2, Tower Grove Ave. and Magnolia
6:30 pm to 9:30 pm, Wednesday, Sept. 3, Tower Grove Ave. and Magnolia
6:30 pm to 9:30 pm, Thursday, Sept. 4, Tower Grove Ave. and Magnolia
3) SNIA has been participating in the eScrip program through Schnucks since 2007, this is a super easy way to raise money for SNIA. All you have to do is pick up an eScrip card and register it online or by phone. Then every time you shop at Schnucks, up to 3% of your purchase is donated to SNIA.
