A Tip Of The Hat To Shaw Resident Teri Merideth

Teri was recently featured in this Post-Dispatch Editorial, on behalf of the United Way Choir.  To those who know Teri as your child’s one-time music teacher, the fact that she leads this volunteer choir should surprise no one.  Last year, she retired from St. Margaret of Scotland School, but now works for The Muny.  Still, others know Teri as the Merideth family matriarch – wife of former SNIA President John – with several grown children raising their own families in Shaw – one of those daughters being SNIA’s own Jenny (Merideth) Gerstner, herself a past President, and as office administrator, the driving force that keeps our organizational head above water (and helps keep me sane some days…really!).

There are but a handful of families who could say they’ve made such a lasting impact on so many people – both within and outside of Shaw.  The Merideth family is certainly one of those.  Thanks so much, Teri, for using your gifts to impact our neighborhood, city and region in such a positive way.
